Kellogg’s challenged our team to cross promote snacks and cereal during the holidays at Albertsons and Publix.

The Ask

The Idea

When celebrating the season, you can please every palate with one delicious holiday snack spread. It’s easy when you start with familiar Kellogg’s foods and a little recipe inspiration. Simply mix up a few sweet treats. Mingle in some savory bites. Then set it all out and let the festivities begin.

Creative Direction

The idea was centered around festive holiday gatherings, so our intention was for the thematic visual to have the same energy. So we captured sweet and salty holiday charcuterie boards and snack recipes that blended the flavors across Kellogg’s portfolio. We went with a slate background and marble or white dishes to ensure balance and contrast in the visual to differentiate the components of the spread.

This system was applied to a toolkit for retailers to leverage which included both print and digital POS elements.

Influencer Content

We partnered with Quotient Media to identify a variety of passionate influencers. We directed them to create their own holiday boards inspired by our Mix, Munch & Mingle campaign, using Kellogg’s products to share with their social channels and drive purchase.
